All about Eve

Had been faithfully watching a Korean drama the past few nights. Don't know why, gotten glued to this series. Was it due to the story line or the actors ?

Jang Dong Gun and Han Jae Suk, two goodlooking Korean actors...both of them looked manly unlike the guys in Winter Sonata and Stairway to Heaven. I first took notice of Han Jae Suk in Glass Slippers, and he acted pretty well as an executive whom involved in a love triangle with two sisters. However, in 이브의 모든것, he portrayed a goodhearted guy who fallen madly in love with an evil gal and sacrifices willingly including his life for her.

However, for Jang Dong Gun, this is the first time I see him. WOW....he's such a handsome fella, a cool looking guy esp when his hair are all gelled up with his forehead exposed. Clean shaved, tidy clean look....Ann's fav. Fantasy..fantasy..in all her dream world of Mills & Boons.

In this story, Jang Dong Gun is such a kind lover ....so romantic...but I doubt in the real world such character does exist. Where got such a patience boyfriend....! Some more, he's a rich man's only son, director of a huge broadcasting company and falling in love with one of his staff. ....where can happen in real life ? Two different class.. His portrayal as a down to earth character...only emerge in fictitious story like in this drama called All about Eve / 이브의 모든것 / Ibeuui Modeun Geot

The other two protagonists are portrayed in total opposite. One is so goody-two shoes played by Chae Rim and the other such an evil (Kim So Yeon). Though, she's such a evil but she's damn pretty which make the viewers like her. As usual, these two characters fought and compete among each other over everything..career, boyfriends, positions..ect. Betul-betul like "Cinderella" story minus the wicked stepmother.

Jang Dong Gun and Han Jae Suk, who played the role of Yoon Hyong-cheol and Kim Woo Jin. respectively.
Yoon Hyong-cheol, a rich executive director of MBS who feel deeply for one of his newscaster Jin Sun-mi. However this lady has set her eyes on her childhood buddy (Kim Woo Jin). On the other hand, Kim Woo Jin only treats her like a younger sister as his love interest is Huh Young-mi. A pretty complicated relationship..linked among the foursome. Ya...the Korean names may sounds full rolling tongues....and hard to remember. Therefore, enclosed close-up shots of the four main casts for easy recognition....
