I was sitting down at my computer that night feeling really crappy and down and this song came up in Jango Station on random play. It brought many fond memories during my teens. I practically played it thousands times ….I experienced my first love, happy moments as well as heartache together with it.
Now two decades later, I listened to it again last night when it went on air. I listened really closely and realised something. I felt like it was written about the things I had gone through. There are a lot of beautiful lines throughout it and little subtle details that make it special to me. The lines that have moved me the most....

The initial lines resemble my trouble relationship which left me with wounds that took me years to recover. On the other hand, the final verses show that I had managed to rebuild my life from pieces and became a stronger person in all.
I feel this song is really beautiful and I know it can hold many different meanings to different people because my view of this song changed from the first time I heard it. I am glad that it played when it did because as weird as it may seem, this song helped me deal with my problems and I found it really uplifting.
