Today's menu..... sandwich.

The ingredients.....

Julienne the vegetables @ cabbage, cucumber, carrot and onion.

Mince the veggie finely.

 

Remove the veggie and set aside.

Prepare four hard boiled eggs.

Spread some butter onto the bread.

Place the ingredients onto the slices of bread.  Cut triangular.

Done...ready to serve.
