Oh..Ah Pek

Ah Pek worked hard all his life and managed to accumulate a substantial amount of cash for his golden years. He worked part time too to make sure he has enough to sustain a meaningful life after his retirement. He makes sure that is life time savings plus his EPF and others are adequate to sustain his after 55 days !

On the dot of his 55 birthday, Ah Pek starts to enjoy his retirement life.

His daily routine becomes slow pace. Several months onto his blissful life, he met a "Ku Niang", so soft spoken, so understanding, so so...all the qualities a life partner should have. Compares to his old hen at home....it's 365 degrees !

Gradually Ku Niang manipulates Ah Pek into extracting his savings ...bits by bits. She manja-manja him into digging into his cash. He complied with her orders as if he was in a trance. He loves the treatment he gets from Ku Niang.

Ah Pek starts to neglect his family~ wife and children [well grown up]. He was so deeply attracted to Ku Niang….like sticky glue.

Alas he exhausted all his savings believing that his new found love would stay by his side, taking care of him....! Disaster struck…..his hard earned wealth is drained dry by Ku Niang. She managed to manipulate him to transfer his cash into her account.

When Ah Pek awoke from his dreams….He confronted Ku Niang...but it was too late. She has disappeared with a huge pay cheque. Ah Pek never succeeded in getting back the fortune he lost. He returns to his family but all rejected his plea.
