Monday was the worst....the blues ...
of having to wake up early (actually I can't sleep a wink entire night due to anxiety..is it?). Ah Boy is now in Yr 3 and he's in the morning session. Easy for me coz I can drop him off at school before I headed back to my school. Need not have to send him to the babysitter and need not have to worry about his lunch etc etc...! In the afternoon, both mother and son can spend some quality time doing whatever we like. The past two days had been a bit taxing for him coz he isn't used to the environment in his school, in the morning seeing all the bigger school mates of his..! He was a bit lost on the 1st day. However, he's coping well on the 2nd day. He still has to attend his other extra classes...tuition, violin, ... !
As for me, new school term means lots of paperwork. Meeting a new batch of students, teaching a new subject of new syllabus. So much to do...and yet so free...coz I'm stucked...can't figure out where and how to begin. Hopefully by the 2nd week, everything would be put in place for both of us.
Meanwhile, Ah Boy was a lucky chap to be invited on stage during a Post`Christmas celebration last Sunday @ Jusco. The Santa Clown needed an assistant to help him with some of his tricks. Ah Boy was handpicked from among the many children whom are there to watch the show. Lucky or unlucky ......hmmmmm
Though it was a short performance but am glad that Ah Boy is brave enough to go up stage when there were many people viewing from the floor. His first ever public performance. Photos in random order....
