My job

Every child deserves quality education so that he stands a chance of being part of the professional workforce in future.

Hmmm, as a teacher,
I'm trying my best to deliver the best I could to my students.  I sacrificed my energy and time (after sch hours) to prepare materials, lesson plans and all for them.  All gone down the drain.  My bunch of students just refused to pay attention in class, homework half complete or worst never touched....
I've tried to administered various punishments on them i.e whipping on the palm, sit outside the classoroom, counselling........but they just don't seems to repent.  Hmmmmmm...why?
Wonder if their parents ever spend time with their children and to even go through their school bags..?

It's ain't easy teaching human beings and to make the matter worst ...it's ain't easy teaching a language which is not their mothers' tongue (alienated to many).  One solution, they must change their attitude !  Are they willing..? Hmmmmmmm...another question to ponder ?Am puzzled ...

Am getting pretty frustrated with my students lately and am in a verge of giving up on them..?  Tired.. !!!
