Teachers' frustrations
...greatly due to the workloads,
As she has to endure,
endless paperwork,
oversized classes,
ill disciplined students,
and disturbing parents,
Rigid school hours both on weekdays & weekends,
Teachers are forced to contribute to the success of her school, her students
Meanwhile ignoring her own welfare, her family and children.
All these non classroom assignments dissipate the teacher's professional talent and energy.
Poor salaries and fringe benefits too disappoints a teacher.
However,
Today is Teachers' Day,
So brush aside all the stress
And enjoy a lil fun.
